We endeavour to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, should you have any questions or other problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. placing an order

The ordering process for Louajane has been designed to be as simple as possible. First you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping basket. To do this, click on the black "Add to basket" button.

Now you need to check whether you have selected the correct option. If everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button. Enter the correct address details on the information page and check that all the details are correct. If you have entered the data correctly, you can click on the "Continue to send" button.

On the "Delivery" page, you have the option of checking the address details you have entered. You will also see that every shipment is delivered free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the delivery and shipping costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button.

In the payment section you can choose between different payment methods. At Louajane.co.uk, all payment methods are SSL-encrypted, so you can always be sure of a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the appropriate payment method, you must click on the "Proceed to checkout" button, whereupon you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for the selected payment method. Delivery costs
We cover the delivery costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

2. send your order

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

In order to be able to charge reasonable prices for our products, we have decided to collect parcels in large quantities and when we have reached the minimum quantity, we will dispatch them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.

Please note: Like many other online shops, we are very busy and due to the interest rate crisis there may be delays. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Once you have placed an order, we need 1 working day to process your order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. On average, it takes 1-2 working days for your order to be delivered.
If you have placed an order with us, you can see within a few days when your parcel will arrive. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. You can find out how this works on our Track & Trace page.

3. delivery of your order

Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return? Take a look at this page.

Wrong product?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during transport. In this case, we will always offer you a new parcel free of charge on the first attempt and unfortunately cannot refund any money. Is the product defective the second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price.

Lost a parcel?
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new parcel before applying our return and refund policy
